Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are generally final. Once a product has been downloaded, we cannot offer refunds.

• The downloaded product file is completely unusable or corrupted.
Before issuing a refund, our support team will first attempt to resolve the issue by providing assistance or a replacement file.

If a refund is granted, you must stop using and delete all downloaded files associated with the refunded product.

If a refund is approved, it may take up to 14 business days for the amount to be processed and reflected in your account, depending on your payment provider.
