Yes, if the downloaded product is corrupted or doesn’t work even after proper installation, we offer a replacement or refund as per our refund policy. Please contact our support team for help.
5. Are these GPL themes and plugins original?
Absolutely! All files are 100% original, unmodified, and downloaded directly from the official developers or marketplaces. We do not add any malware, nulling, or harmful code.
6. Are there any restrictions on the number of downloads?
You can download any product included in your plan as many times as you need during your membership period.

9. How often are new product updates released?
We update our library regularly — most products are updated weekly or as soon as the developer releases a new version.
10. Will I get automatic updates?
No, automatic updates from the developer’s dashboard are not available. You’ll need to download and update the product manually from your account.

Yes! You can request any new plugin, theme, or updated version. Our team usually adds requested products within 24–48 hours.
12. How many websites can I use the same plugin or theme on?
Since GPL allows unlimited use, you can install the product on as many websites as you want — no domain restrictions.
13. Error Fix: “The package could not be installed. The theme is missing the style.css stylesheet.”
This usually happens when you upload the wrong ZIP file. Extract the downloaded package first — then upload only the actual theme folder (which contains style.css) inside your WordPress “Appearance → Themes → Add New”.
14. How to Install or Update WordPress Themes & Plugins?
To install a theme or plugin: Go to Dashboard → Appearance/Plugins → Add New → Upload ZIP → Choose file → Install → Activate. For updating, simply delete the old version and upload the new ZIP file. Your content/settings will remain safe.
15. How to Install Template Kits, Themes & Plugins Bundle?
Download the bundle ZIP → Go to your WordPress dashboard → Plugins or Themes section → Upload and Install → Activate. If it contains multiple items, unzip the bundle first and install each component separately.
16. Do you provide support for installation or activation?
We offer general guidance and documentation. However, developer-level technical support or custom fixes are not included in GPL plans.
