Refund Policy
The nature of digital media means that once you have downloaded a plugin or theme, it cannot be returned. No refunds will be given except in the case where a digital product is completely unusable.
If a product is unusable, we will first attempt to fix the issue. If it cannot be resolved, a refund may be issued. Our support team is available 24/7 to assist you with installing or configuring digital products. Please donβt hesitate to contact us.
Please note: We are not the developers of the provided products, so our technical support capabilities are limited. We do not alter product functionality and do not fix developer bugs.
We may issue a refund only if the product you downloaded from the website is completely unusable.
We stand behind our products and will assist you in solving any issues, but we expect you to understand the nature of the products you are purchasing.
Refund Exceptions
No refunds will be provided for:
- Web Omi Solutions LLP Memberships β Memberships grant access to a full set of products at a very reasonable price and can be canceled anytime (not applicable for lifetime plans).
- Requesting a refund for the same product twice.
- Offers and discounts β these are valid for future orders only and cannot be used to request refunds or partial refunds of existing purchases.
Refunds may only be offered if the purchased digital product meets all of the following criteria:
- Completely non-functional.
- The main product description was entirely misleading.
- You have not downloaded any or many of the product files from our website.
Situations Where Refund May Be Refused
We reserve the right to refuse a refund in the following cases:
- You changed your mind about an item or subscription.
- You purchased an item by mistake, and the product has already been downloaded.
- You are unable to install the downloaded product.
- The product is incompatible with your WordPress, plugins, or web server settings.
- The product does not function as you expect.
- The product displays a message requesting a license key or activation.
- You broke your website while installing the product.
- You did not receive technical support from Web Omi Solutions LLP.
- You refused to provide our support staff access to your site to investigate the issue.
Additional Notes
- You may cancel your account at any time; however, no refunds will be issued for cancellations.
- If a refund is granted, you cannot continue using downloaded premium products.
- If a product is still damaged after an update, we may offset your refund by the diminished value of the product.
- Refunds may take up to 14 days to reflect in your account.
