1. License and DMCA

All digital products on this website are available under the GNU General Public License (GPL) and are created by one or more third-party developers.

These products and any other materials presented on the site are available for personal use only. If you wish to use the products for commercial (business) purposes, you should purchase them directly from the original developers.

We do not provide any license or trial/commercial keys required for automatic updates of these products. All products on this website work fully and on an unlimited number of websites (domains). No license keys are needed.

The use of any graphics (images, icons, photos, videos) from demo content for any purpose is strictly prohibited. Please carefully read the license terms before using any product.

2. Product Delivery

Once payment has been confirmed, you can download your purchased products from your account page under the “Downloads” section. This typically occurs within a few seconds after payment is completed.

You will also receive an email with download instructions. Please ensure that you register with a valid email address.

3. Downloads and Updates

For individual product customers:

If you purchase any product individually, you will receive 10 downloads per product along with 1 year of future updates. After one year, the digital product file will no longer be accessible.
If you consume all 10 downloads within the year, simply contact us to increase your limit.

Note: This download limit helps keep our servers healthy and prevents unwanted load or spam.

For members:

Members also receive 1 year of updates with 10 downloads per file. Once you’ve consumed your 10 downloads per file (or your membership expires), you will no longer receive updates.

Note: True unlimited downloads are available in the Yearly Unlimited plan, as long as you remain an active member.

4. Payment and Renewal

General Terms:
By selecting a product or service, you agree to pay Web Omi Solutions LLP the applicable one-time, monthly, or annual subscription fees as indicated (additional payment terms may be specified elsewhere).

Subscription payments are charged in advance on the day you sign up and cover the indicated subscription period. Payments are non-refundable.

We use Razorpay and Stripe as payment gateways. You can pay using any supported method such as UPI, credit card, or debit card.

Note: We do not offer automatic renewals. Membership renewals must be completed manually.

5. Refund Policy

All sales are final. Refunds are only issued if a digital product is completely unusable.

If a product is unusable, we will first attempt to fix the issue. If it cannot be resolved, we will issue a refund.

6. Support Policy

We provide only basic technical support (consultation). For example, we can help with installation guidance, but we do not perform freelance customization or setup work.

7. Privacy Policy

Any information provided by customers will be used solely for transaction purposes, product delivery, and notifications about new software or support updates.

If you wish to opt out, please notify us — your email address will be removed from our mailing list within 24 hours.

8. Guarantees

We guarantee that all digital products available on our website are free from malware, viruses, or malicious code.

However, we do not guarantee that these products will operate exactly as you wish or that they will function identically after new updates. All products are provided “as is.”

We are not responsible for any damage caused to websites due to the use of downloaded products.

9. Changes to Terms and Conditions

We also reserve the right to modify the terms of sale, product pricing, and subscription details at any time.

We accept no liability to you or any third party for any changes to these conditions or to product sales and subscriptions.
